The Hatters took control early on, with goalkeeper Joe Wollacott making crucial saves to deny Kyle Wootton and Ethan Pye within the first ten minutes. Their persistence paid off in the 25th minute when Will Collar rose above the defence to head in a well-placed cross from Kyle Knoyle.
Just nine minutes later, Macauley Southam-Hales latched onto an incisive through ball from Wootton, calmly slotting it into the bottom corner beyond Wollacott's reach.
After the break, Stockport continued to press. Collar nearly added a second, his header grazing the crossbar, and Ibou Touray narrowly missed the target with a powerful shot from the edge of the area.
This victory marks consecutive league wins for Dave Challinor's men, a feat they last achieved in November.

Paul, a Stockport season ticket holder, said: "Players are coming back from injury and the squad now seems more balanced. I am feeling optimistic and looking forward to the rest of the season. Up the Hatters."
Jamie, another Stockport fan, added: "A great day and a good win. It feels like the optimism is building again. I just hope we can carry on this recent form and if we can't get automatic promotion, we'll go into the playoffs with momentum on our side."
