Fish Hut
Are you looking for a spot of lunch? The Fish Hit does a great variety of classic chippy meals and also sells a cracking pizza. Is Fish Hut competition for Rudy's?
Rob gave this Google review: "Excellent fish and chips in Manchester city centre. You can take out and eat-in with seating upstairs.The food was very good. The chips were crisp and dry with a lovely thick piece of fish with a thin crisp batter. I can't wait to go back."

This is a great one for the pie lovers. Originally based in Bristol, their food is described as a Google reviewer as being "simply sensational."
Another recent visitor told us: "What a place! I haven’t had better pies in my lifetime, so if you are interested in pies, then you should check them out! The sides are amazing too. Their staff are also very friendly and kind, an added bonus!"
